Upon receiving the signed offer letter, the Agoda visa team will appoint an immigration service provider to initiate the work authorization permit process for NON-EU nationals and registration for EU nationals. The immigration service provider will then reach out to you to proceed with the necessary steps.

As an EU national, you have the right to work in Hungary without needing a work permit. Agoda will authorize the immigration service provider to register with the Labor Office, obtain Tax and Taj cards. After the start date, you will receive a Registration card and Address card.
Passport: Copy of all pages. Valid for more than 18 months with at least two blank pages.
Passport-Sized Photos: Recent passport-sized photographs, not older than 1 month.
Proof of Qualifications: Copies of academic qualifications and professional certificates. Our service provider will handle translations if needed. Send the original diploma to our service provider to obtain the translation. *Apostille may be required on a case-by-case basis.
Health Insurance: Proof of health insurance coverage.
Proof of Accommodation (provided by Agoda): *If you have a lease agreement in Hungary, please let us know.
Financial Means: Bank statement of the last 3 months
