Q1: What if I change my address/contact information/email address?Â
A: You are required to report any changes to your personal circumstances to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) within 5 days. You may do so with your SingPass account via the EPOL online website: https://www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/services/ep-onlineÂ
Q2: What if I lose my card?
A: If the card is stolen or lost, you will need to file a police report and apply for a new card. Please also write to visas@agoda.com for assistance.
Q3: Can I apply for a pass for my family to join me in Singapore?Â
A: Yes, if you meet the minimum criteria to sponsor family members into Singapore. There are Dependent Passes (DP) for married spouse and children.Â

Q4: I would like to apply for Permanent Residence (PR) in Singapore. How can I do this?
A: We would suggest applying for PR in Singapore after at least 1 year of living in the country to show your commitment to remaining as a long-term resident. If you are interested, you may write to visas@agoda.com for assistance.Â
Q5: After I arrived in Singapore, how long should I stay in the country before I can fly out?
A: Upon arriving in Singapore, you should stay in the country until your Employment Pass is issued, which is approximately 2 weeks upon arrival (depending on when your biometric appointment is booked). Â

All supporting documents must be clear, legible, not cut off at the sides or with blurred text. Facial features on the photographs must be clearly visible to facilitate identification as required by MOM.

In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances upon arrival that necessitates a hospital visit, please refer to the provided list of recommended hospitals. You can utilize the Travel Insurance purchased through the Onboarding Team for assistance. If you need additional support, please reach out to your Onboarding point of contact.
Public hospitals typically have longer waited times compared to private hospitals, but private hospitals are more expensive than public ones. However, you can reduce the cost by visiting a general practitioner (GP) or a government clinic to obtain a referral letter for specialized treatment at the hospital.
